A mocktail bar set up with a drink dispenser, garnishes, and glasses

Set up a mocktail bar in an afternoon

  1. Pick two drinks

One bubbly, one fruity. Two is plenty, and both can be made the day before.

  2. Batch the bases

Mix juices and syrups in dispensers. Keep sparkling water on ice beside them.

  3. Set out garnishes

Citrus wheels, herbs, and berries in small bowls let guests make their drink their own.

  4. Add a menu sign

Guests pour more confidently when they know what's in each drink.

Hi, I'm Shirley

I started MocktailParty because the guests who aren't drinking deserve more than a can of soda. Every recipe here is made in my own kitchen, tested on real guests, and written for a crowd, with the shopping math worked out so you can enjoy your own party.

Cheers, Shirley
